Delivery and Shipping

Orders are processed and delivered as quickly as possible by Hugnaut.se. We always ship your goods from our warehouse in Gothenburg within 48 hours of the order being placed. Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days (unless other specific delivery information is provided for the product).
Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason for an order confirmation and delivery notification not being received is that you accidentally entered an incorrect email address in connection with the order. If delivery delays occur without you having received information about it, please contact our customer service via info@Hugnaut.se
If Hugnaut.se expects that the order cannot be delivered within the agreed time, this will be communicated to you via the e-mail address that you have specified when ordering. Here we provide information about the reason for the delay and a new delivery time. Should this occur, you of course have the right to cancel your purchase at no extra cost.
ATTENTION! Remember to pick up your package on time. If the package comes back to us as an unclaimed package, we reserve the right to invoice you a fee of SEK 150 to cover fees and administrative costs

You register a Return by emailing info@Hugnaut.se with your name, order number and which goods from the order are to be returned. For your return to be approved, the product must be unused and in its original packaging with associated packaging. In the event that the item is used and no longer in unchanged condition, a deduction of 100% can be made from the refund.
The customer should return the products to us within a reasonable time, but no later than 14 days after reporting their return.
Refund
Refunds for approved returns of goods are paid out within 3–5 working days after Hugnaut.se has approved the return. The refund is made through the same payment method that was chosen at the time of purchase.
